Can you resend my voucher?
- No. We're unfortunately not where you bought the deal. You need to contact the partner from whom you visited and bought the deal. If you can't remember where you bought your deal, please send us an email with as much information (e.g. price, date of purchase etc.) about the deal as possible, and we might be able to find the provider in our database.
I forgot my password!
- Visit this page and follow the resetting instructions.
Will you run a deal for my business?
- No. We simply collect deals and cool stuff from multiple partners. You can contact them and if you promote your business through them, chances are high that you'll see it on Ideal as well.
Why do you send me stuff I don't like?
- You follow certain categories of deals. You can at any time unfollow categories and follow new ones. Go to your preferences and change accordingly.
How can I unsubscribe?
- Go to you account and change your settings exactly as you prefer.
How do I delete my account?
- You can easily delete your account by visiting your account page on Ideal.
I can't buy the deal I want!
- Contact the deal provider where you trying to buy it. They'll happily help!
